Mars Ventures is a family office built on real entrepreneurial success. In 2001, our founder Manoj Khemka built Baazar Kolkata, one of Eastern India's largest value retail chains, from the ground up—transforming it into one of Kolkata's most successful businesses. That experience taught us something critical: the best way to preserve wealth is to keep creating new sources of it.
